Equidays has featured at Mystery Creek since the events inception in 2010 and is where the full Equidays action occurs including clinics, seminars, demonstrations, competitions, features, exhibitors and more. Equidays will be at Mystery Creek from 18-20 October 2019.
Friday, Saturday 8.30am – 5.30pm and Sunday 8.30am – 4pm
How to apply
High quality exhibits, entertainment and demonstrational seminars by reputable clinicians across all equine disciplines draws a widespread equine audience who are primed to engage with your team and eager to learn about your products and services. Each year our visitor numbers provide our exhibitors with a strong platform to engage with industry specific visitors.
To apply for a site you will need to login (or create an account if you are a new exhibitor) in our Equidays exhibitor portal and download the 2018 prospectus. You need to complete the general application form after reading the prospectus. Your site allocation will take place after you have requested your preferred sites.
Equidays Mystery Creek Exhibitors will be invited to exhibit at Equidays Christchurch.
The prospectus will provide you with the following information:
- Event layout maps, including redeveloped areas for 2018
- Site sizes and prices
- Exhibiting criteria for specific areas
- How to apply for a site
- Fee payment requirements
- Exhibiting conditions
