Equidays Top Talent is switching it up this year with some exciting additions including a mentoring programme and the final contestants featuring in the Equitainment Extravaganza Nightshow on the Saturday night of Equidays 2019.
Entries are now open for non-professional equine performers to send in their audition videos with four finalists to be chosen by late July. These four finalists will receive one-on-one training with renowned international clinician and equine entertainer Dan Steers.
“Equidays Top Talent is an exceptional platform for equestrians to showcase their horsemanship talents and expand their network,” says this year’s Equidays Top Talent mentor Dan Steers.
“I am privileged to be part of the event again this year and I am looking forward to working with the finalists in a mentoring capacity and share my knowledge of preparing entertainment horses.”
Equidays event manager Ammie Hardie is excited to see how the new format will roll out this year, “We’re looking forward to providing an outlet for contestants who are passionate about all things equine to work on their performance and training skills.”
Finalists will get the opportunity to develop their performing skills with some of the best in the business including Dan Steers and Kelly Wilson to get them ready to perform in the Saturday Nightshow of Equidays.
The winner will walk away with the title of 2019 Equidays Top Talent winner, an impressive prize pool worth over $3,000 and the equine entertainment opportunity of a lifetime.
