Mystery Creek Events Centre Facilities for Hire for Equestrian Events

Packages are available, whether you are interested in hiring the whole facilities or just one arena we can accommodate and tailor packages to your needs.

With a world class equine event venue set up for Equidays, why not take advantage of this outstanding venue for your next event. Equestrian venue hire is available annually from September-January, please enquire about specific date availability.

Mystery Creek is located only 2 minutes from Hamilton International Airport, and a 2 hour drive from Auckland International Airport. Easy access to the venue from SH1 and SH3.

Facilities available for hire include:

  • 250 Pipe pens (these will be secured to a high back wooden fence and will be pegged to the ground)
  • 30 Stables including 10 stallion boxes
  • Indoor sand arena (70m x 40m)
  • Outdoor sand arena (70m x 50m)
  • Outdoor sand arena (68m x 38m)
  • Grass Area for up to 6 arenas
  • Ample area for warm up arenas
  • Ample area for parking
  • Arena fencing
  • Grandstands
  • Toilet facilities
  • Manure bins
  • Rubbish bins and removal
  • Office facilities
  • Camping facilities – both powered and unpowered sites
  • VIP hosting and catering facilities
  • Chairs and tables
  • Rounds Pens x 3
  • 114 Hectares of land
