Leigh Taylor
Leigh Taylor introduced the Showhunter discipline to New Zealand in the 1980's. A former A-circuit rider; now judge and instructor, Leigh started judging at sixteen years old, becoming an American Show Horse Association (ASHA) ‘r’ judge by her mid twenties and a lifetime ranking with the ANRC. Leigh is an Equestrian Sport New Zealand: Judge, Coach, Judge’s Advisor, committee member and executive member. Leigh is listed with the ESNZ Coaching Accreditation Programme, and trains all levels of judges and riders.
