Essential information for Exhibitors

Hours

Event opening hours:

Friday day event – 9am to 5pm (all trade stands open)
Friday night show – 7pm to 9.30pm

Saturday day event – 9am to 5pm (all trade stands open)
Saturday night show – 5pm to 9.30pm  (Entertainment show 5-6pm and Equidays Showjumping Grand Prix 7-9.30pm)
Saturday night shopping –  6pm to 8pm (indoor trade stands only)

Sunday day event only – 9am to 3pm

Please note the following important information:

• Horses must be secured by 8:30am each morning and must be on site in designated area (ie stall or parade area) until closing time.
• Restocking of sites – 7 to 8.45am, all cars must be parked in the car park by 8:45am
• Gates open to public daily 9am
• Clinics start daily at 10am and finish at 5pm Fri/Sat and 3pm Sunday
