Essential Visitor Information

Parking
Free parking is available at Mystery Creek Events Centre via the Gate 2 entrance. Disabled Parking is also available, ask the parking wardens when entering the site.

Directions

Food and Beverage
Food outlets are situated at sites throughout Equidays (refer to the Equidays map for locations). 

Bar
Located on E Street, the Blacksmith Bar & Cafe is open during Equidays. Check out the great themed bar with the iconic Black Dog Furniture. The bar will be open before the Equidays night shows to allow visitors a bite to eat and refreshments in between the event and the show. Please drink responsibly. 

Dogs
No dogs are allowed onsite (except guide dogs). Do not leave dogs unattended in vehicles.

Toilets
Toilets are indicated on the Equidays event map.

Parents Rooms
There are two parents rooms at Equidays; one is located in the Services Building next to the First Aid room the other is located in the Convention Centre toilets.

Cash Out Facilities
An ANZ ATM is located outside Equidays HQ on M Road.

Accommodation
During event times, accommodation is at a premium. Book your accommodation well in advance to secure somewhere to stay. Not only does Hamilton have many hotels and motels, there are many surrounding towns which have excellent accommodation options. A variety of local accommodation providers can be found at:

Please note: Strictly NO camping in Equidays public parking areas. Anyone found camping in the venue's public parking areas will be removed from Mystery Creek Events Centre immediately. Only Equidays event participants bringing horses can register and utilise the official Equidays Camping Area and facilities, for further information on registration, email info@mysterycreek.co.nz .
